By accessing the eac444 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing game content, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or contacting the support team — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the eac444 platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English and constitute the sole authoritative version of this agreement. No verbal representation, customer support communication, social media post, or promotional material issued by eac444 overrides or supersedes the written terms contained in this document.

eac444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice beyond the communication methods described in the "Right to Amend" section above. The version of these Terms & Conditions active at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.

eac444 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform. Players access the platform at their own discretion. eac444 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of Bangladesh. Players located outside Bangladesh access eac444 entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable local laws.

The eac444 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. eac444 employs a rigorous KYC verification process to confirm the age and identity of every player before allowing real-money wagering activity.

Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an active eac444 account, a player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the date of account registration and at all times thereafter.
• Be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, or organisations may not hold player accounts.

Age Verification Process

Upon registration, eac444 assigns every new account a provisional status. During this period, players may explore the platform but may not make deposits or place wagers until KYC verification is complete. Verification requires submission of a government-issued identity document clearly showing the player's full name, date of birth, and photograph. Documents must be submitted in clear, unobscured digital format.

eac444 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any stage, including utility bills, bank statements, or enhanced identity checks where the initial submission is inconclusive. Where age cannot be confirmed to eac444's satisfaction, the account will remain restricted until satisfactory documentation is provided.

To access eac444's real-money gaming services, players must complete the account registration process in full and pass the KYC verification stage. Registration is available to eligible individuals in Bangladesh and is subject to the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 above.

Registration Requirements

During registration, players must provide accurate and complete information in all required fields. eac444 collects the following information at the point of registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identity documentation).
• Date of birth (day, month, and year).
• Residential address including district and division within Bangladesh.
• Mobile phone number (active Bangladeshi number, used for SMS two-factor authentication).

• Account password (minimum eight characters, containing letters and numerals).

Accuracy of Information

Players warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral of the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate. Players must promptly update their account details whenever their personal information changes by contacting support at [email protected].

One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active eac444 account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, eac444 will close all but the first registered account, void any winnings generated across the duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the player from re-registering.

Account Security Responsibilities

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their eac444 login credentials. This includes the username, password, and any SMS authentication codes issued to the registered mobile number. Players must not share login details with any third party for any reason. eac444 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to keep credentials secure, provided that eac444's own systems have not been compromised.

All financial transactions on eac444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eac444 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard (via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank payment gateways). Currency conversion is not applicable — all balances are maintained natively in BDT.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to a player's eac444 BDT wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the respective mobile financial service provider. Bank card deposits via Visa or Mastercard are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes subject to gateway processing times. eac444 does not impose any fees on deposits; however, players should verify whether their mobile financial service provider charges a transaction fee on outgoing transfers.

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳200,000 (standard verified account)
• Daily deposit limit: ৳500,000 (subject to KYC tier and responsible gaming settings)

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from eac444 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit is processed — this is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement, not a bonus condition. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time on any calendar day are typically processed within the same business day.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed KYC verification and hold an active, verified eac444 account in good standing.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a player's bonus balance and are kept separate from real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Players may not withdraw bonus funds directly. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• eac444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations already created under an accepted bonus are honoured in accordance with their stated terms.

Wagering Requirements

Each eac444 bonus carries a specified wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This multiplier is applied to the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion). For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires the player to wager ৳30,000 in qualifying games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each promotion page.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 25%, and sports bets contribute between 50% and 100% depending on odds. Bonus Expiry

All eac444 bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit, typically 7 days for free spins and 30 days for cash bonuses unless stated otherwise. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry period, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are non-extendable.

Bonus Abuse

eac444 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, exploiting technical errors to generate illegitimate bonus credits, using coordinated wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and any form of collusion or arbitrage across accounts. eac444 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

By using the eac444 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play, honest engagement, and respect for other players and staff. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered and unregistered users of eac444 at all times.

Player Obligations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information at all times.
• Promptly complete KYC verification when requested by eac444.
• Use the platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes.
• Immediately notify eac444 if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Make use of responsible gaming tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• Engage with the eac444 support team in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the eac444 platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and legal action where applicable:

• Accessing eac444 using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any non-human browsing mechanism.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the eac444 platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviour to generate winnings not intended by eac444. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void.
• Placing bets in collusion with other players to guarantee a combined profit across multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Impersonating any eac444 employee, support agent, or another registered player.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing offensive, defamatory, or illegal content through any eac444 communication channel including live chat.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing an eac444 account. Accounts are non-transferable and registered to a single individual.

eac444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where eac444 reasonably determines that grounds for such action exist. In parallel, players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting the eac444 support team.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by eac444

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Legal requirement to close the account arising from applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Account Closure by the Player

Players wishing to voluntarily close their eac444 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via WhatsApp at +880 1700 000000 or by email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, eac444 will process the closure within 24 hours and issue a final withdrawal of any available real-money balance to the player's verified payment method. Any pending bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an eac444 account, whether voluntary or enforced, the player's access to the platform is revoked immediately. eac444 will retain transaction records, KYC documentation, and account history for a minimum of five years following closure in accordance with AML obligations and applicable data retention law. Closure of an account does not extinguish any obligation owed by the player to eac444 that arose prior to the date of closure.

Disputes Following Closure

Any dispute arising from the closure of an eac444 account must be raised in writing to [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the closure date. eac444 undertakes to acknowledge all written disputes within 3 business days and to provide a full written response within 14 business days of acknowledgement. Players who remain dissatisfied following eac444's response may pursue the matter through applicable legal channels in Bangladesh.
